Shelby hasn't pooped for two days now.  I am wondering if I should call the doctor tomorrow or not?  I don't want to panic but yesterday was the first time since she was born that she hasn't pooped.  Right now she is screaming her full head off.  She's had a bath and I tried to feed her but she just keeps spitting it out.  I'm really frustrated and tired.  She nursed for about 15 minutes but that was it.  What to do what to do....

Hey, ladies!  I'm sorry it's been so long.  This is actually my third time logging on to try to post, but I'm really busy with my little ones.  I hardly have a moment sometimes.  No complaints, just busy! =)  As of 2 1/2 weeks ago, Ricky weighed in at 10 lbs, 2 1/2 oz & Ava was 9 lbs, 4 1/2.  They go back to their pediatrician on Friday for another weigh in.  They're both doing great!  They're smiling and laughing and trying to talk.  It's so much fun & really cute!  When I'm working, I'm a court reporter & so when an attorney wants a transcript of a proceeding I reported, they contact me.  Unfortunately, I've been getting requests from last year & it's been really hard trying to get them done.  Yesterday dh and I went to the courthouse & printed my transcripts and left them for the attorneys to pick up & once we left the courthouse, I felt such a sense of relief!  Now I can focus my time and attention solely on my little ones.


Rachjas:  I'm SO happy for you!!!  I can't believe I missed the news.  Your beta #s are amazing!  Best wishes!!! =)

sbumblebeeo:  I'm sorry it took me so long to get back to you, but I agree with the other ladies.  Give Shelby some formula or formula mixed with breast milk at night.  That will definitely get her to sleep longer.  As far as her not pooping, Ava does the same & today she was screaming her little head off too.  It's so sad! :(  Our pediatrician has told us it's okay to give the babies some water, so you may want to try that.  We just fill a bottle with an ounce or so.  They don't drink much, but it does help move things along ;)  Good luck!

Keyan:  Thank you for the update on Rachjas!  I appreciate you letting me know.  I didn't expect to be away from you guys so long ;)  How are you doing?  How's the adoption process moving along?  Yes, Ricky & Ava turned 3 months last week!!!  It's so hard to believe they're growing so fast.  

Luvkayln:  It's good to see you!  Thanks for the note.  Hopefully I'll get on here more often now.  I've missed you all!  I've decided that I'll stay off work til the second week in August & I'm so happy about that decision! :)  My sister is coming to visit in July & we're excited for her 4 girls to meet Ricky & Ava.  It should be fun!  How's the new house?  Addy must be getting so big!!!  

Leighanne:  How's the house hunt?  That su cks your landlord did that to you guys, but you'll find something better, I'm sure ;)  Are you still thinking about ttc again? :)

kmcarino: Good luck on Tuesday! It's one of my BFF's birthday that day :-) Update when you can!

Keyan: Have you heard anything more about adoption? How's things going in PR? We've had wicked weather hit our state. Up where I used to live got hit by at least 5 tornadoes last weekend. One was an F4 a did a lot of damage. A friend and I went and volunteered with cleanup this past Thursday...Hopefully I can get up there again on Tuesday. Hope things are well :-)

Luvkayln: How are you doing? Addy is getting so big! I love her pictures :-)

Oh man, busy, busy, busy!! Between kids, work and volunteering for disaster cleanup, I haven't had much time!!!! Anyways, Peyton had her 4month checkup and she is doing great :-) She's 14lbs now and 26.37 inches long! She's so big!! DS (Travis) is doing really well too. He had an episode that lasted about 5 days of pooeing in his pants, but now he seems to be back on track. He's still having some pee accidents though. It's been over a year since we started potty training. I can't believe I haven't lost my mind lol! DH and I are doing great, but we have officially decided we are done having kids. It just costs way to much $$ for us to get p/g and the emotional rollercoaster - it's just all too much. He was actually supposed to go in for a vasectomy this past Friday but we cancelled it b/c I now have an appt. with a new GYN for a consult on a partial hysterectomy. That bought of pain I had a few weeks ago reminded me again how painful this endo is. I don't want to deal with it if I don't have to. I do have to say the pain hasn't been nearly as bad as that day, but I have at least some sort of pain everyday. Anyways, that appt. is on the 28th - wish me luck!! So, now that I've possibly typed a book, I will let you all get back to what you were doing....

Thanks everyone:)  Unfortunately, nothing has happened yet.  I still am not even having contractions that I can tell.  Ugh.  It just makes me feel like he is just not ready yet and I don't want them to take him before he is ready.  Only today and tomorrow left for him to come without induction.  He is definitely very low but nothing else is happening.

Thanks for your advice.  I also want to have the water brteaking story, especially since this is going to be my last pregnancy.  I still have not had any contractions but he has four more days until I will be induced on Tuesday.  I am praying hard:)
I know exactly how you feel about leaving your baby at day care.  I went through the same thing and I ended up quitting my job and taking him out of daycare after five weeks.  I cried every day when leaving him.  I went through so much to have my miracle and hated handing him to someone else.  However, I talked to many people about that issue at the time and they all told me that it gets better, that it hurts so much at first but that it gets easier every day and eventually they felt better and normal with it.  It is a big adjustment and it is true that our hormones are out of whack for a while.  It will get better.  Try to enjoy the time you have left with her before going back to work and don't be depressed!

sbumble- it takes a while sometimes up to  a year to feel normal again and not overly emotional.  your hormones are out of whack for a while.  i know you feelings having 2 losses myself and then having jaedyn and having to go back to work/  my fiance and i actually seperated when jaedyn was 6 months because both of us were not back to a pre baby baseline.  but it does get better. hang in there.

That's it!  I give up.  I can't do it.  I haven't been this depressed since I lost my first baby and then my second.  Today we are going to take Shelby to meet her babysitter and sign the paperwork and get all the details.  I have done nothing but cry since I got up.  I have fought, we all have, so hard to have this perfect little baby and now I just don't want to hand her over to anyone.  DH works swing shift so half the day she will be with him and the ohter half with day care but that adds up to be a whole day away from me.  i don't have a clue how I am going to get through this.  I can't leave her with anyone now b/c I feel like I need to su ck in every second I can with her.  Even though I am soooo tired.  I find myself staring at her and wanting to wake her up to soak up just a few more minutes when she is sleeping.  I know I am crazy but I'm ready to quit my job, file bankrupcy and move into a small apt.  That's all we need.  Daddy can pay the bills for that.  I don't need this big house or my car or anything else.  I just need my baby.  

Please someone tell me that this is going to pass soon.  I still have two week with her and I am wasting it by being depressed.  I can't help it.

Thanks for the reply... Shelby does take a bottle just fine.  I have had to nurse her with a nipple shield this entire time b/c mine are too small.   :)  TMI sorry.  But she is use to it.  I thought the same thing you did.  Her belly would get use to the formula a little at a time and she would continue to get some breast milk until I ran out which if I continue pumping a few more months should be about the time that time she would be a year old and go to regular milk.  

I totally understand how you feel about wanting to go into labor on your own.  That is the one thing I kind of felt cheated from when they took Shelby for the c section.  I'm not sure what I would want to do if in your shoes.  You want your doctor.  I understand that too but I don't have the story of when my water broke....ect.  That kind of makes me sad.  I'll praythat you go into labor on your own soon so that you get both of what you want!

sbumblebeeo- I had to stop breast feeding also after 3 months.  I remember that in the second month, I started to breast feed him one time less, then two, than three to get him used to a bottle and the formula.  I remember getting down to breast feeding him twice a day and the rest formula.  Does she take a bottle ok?  If so, I would just feed her the breast milk as long as you can.  It would not hurt to add a little formula but that is up to you.  Maybe it would help her stomach get used to it better if you start her on a little at a time and work up to all formula.  You also need to wean your body off of breast feeding slowly so it won't hurt so much when you are not breastfeeding and your milk is still there.  I hope this helps.  Good luck!

Keyan- Thanks for the well wishes.  I was still at 1 cam on Tuesday and nothing had really changed.  My doctor told me that day that she will be away from June 18-22, returning to work on the 23rd.  This threw a big wrench in my plans.  She asked me how I feel about being induced next week.  I wanted to let the baby decide when he was ready to come.  This is my last pregnancy and I wanted to experience labor starting naturally withbout induction, unless there is a medical reason.  There isn't a medical reason, however, I really do want my doctor to deliver this baby and if I don't get induced, I would be taking the risk that the baby could come while she is away and I would have a stranger delivering the baby.  I will be about one week late when she gets back.  My due date is a week from today.  I am praying that labor starts before Tuesday, which is when I will most likely be induced.  Please pray for us that the baby decides when labor starts and that contractions start before Tuesday.  I am still not having any.

Yay! So happy for you. I started my Follistim on Tuesday, so we are close to eachother. I will be doing IUI again ( my last cycle with follistim failed ) so hopefully I get a few more follies this time :)

After one month rest on BCP after my failed IVF, I have started stims again. Gearing up for another cycle. Doc says we will decide whether to go for IUI or IVF later so just stimmin' for now. So happy to be on the go again :)

I just wanted to update. I went to my regular Ob yesterday and everything looks goods. I had gained another 6 lbs in 14 days!!! But I know why, my GD is starting to get all whacky! So when I go back to the high risk dr the 16th I think he will put me on insulin. My non stress test came back good, his heart rate was still a little irregular, but not as bad as it has been. I will know more when I go back for my other echo the 16th. Hopefully I will find out if I can be delivered by my regular Ob or if I have to be delivered over where I see my high risk Ob so there is a pediatric cardiologist close for after delivery. We'll see the 16th =D I can't believe it's almost time!!!

I posted this question in the breastfeeding community... anyone here have any thoughts?

I am about to go back to work and plan on stopping breastfeeding.  Right now I have over 200 4oz frozen bags of milk in my freezer I am pumping everyday to build up my stock.  I am wondering if I should start supplementing with formula now here and there to make my frozen supply last longer or if I should just use all that I have and then switch to straight formula.  Would it be better for the baby to get some bm a day for a longer period of time or just full bm now and straight formula later?  I would think that she would be use to formula better if I start giving her 2 oz of each now.

What do you think?  Oh and I already asked the doctor and he said there is no right or wrong way.  What ever I wanted to do was fine.  Just thought I would ask the other mothers.

That is correct :0) 1dp3dt, 2 embies though...trying to rest and let them stick!!! Beta is on the 23, but i will do an hpt on the 19. That is 11dpt and 14dpo it should be safe then...we'll see

MrSpace: Hi, is nice to hear from you! About the endo, I can only speak from my experience, after the lap and lupron treatment for 6 months, 8 cycles later I am still pain free, I can get a little discomfort here and there, but nothing like it was....Lupron does have strong side effects, it all depends how you tolerate them, for me, just the weight gain is what really bother me. I am sorry you are in pain, hopefully you and the doc can work out a good plan to make you feel better soon.

an update on me, well suprisely I am CD2 today, my last cycle only lasted 21 days, I've been have light periods for the last 2 months and this cycle I had weird hight temps and didn't see any O signs at all, the good thing is that my GYN appt is coming up on friday, so hopefully I will get some answers, my cycles are never, ever less than 27 days, and most of the time is 30+ days, just a couple of times a year it can be around 28days, so a 21 day cycle is very strange.

Our blighted ovum has been confirmed. I took things better today. The gestational sac continues to grow and it's making be very sick off and on throughout the day. I woudn't mind ms if it was leading to a normal pregnancy, but it's not... so I ready for it to be gone. I am to stop meds and call back next week or earlier if anything happens before then. If nothign within two weeks, we may have to do a D&C.

We have been referred to an immunologist in Illinois. We are going to get a lot of testing completed for RPL. We told our RE that we will not be cycling anytime soon, but that we would like to know what they tests say.

Well today is the day!!! It is finally here...I will be going in for my FET in 4 more hours. I will be transfering 2-3 day snow babies, pregnancy test is usually 2 weeks after so it will probably be june 22 or 23. Wish me luck!!!

rachjas- It breaks my heart to hear your news:(  I was so excited for you with your high HCG levels.  I am so sorry.  I hope that they are wrong and it is just too early still.  I will pray for a miracle for you.  You have been through so much and deserve to have something go your way for once.  Please take care of yourself.

AFM, My ob appt is today.  Two weeks ago I was 1cm dilated and 25% effaced.  Nothing had changed last week.  I did have to have an ultrasound since I was still measuring at 34 weeks when I was 36 and 37 weeks along, but everything looked ok on the u/s.  I am not sure if I am having any contractions or not.  I can't wait to see if tyhere's been any progress.  I am excited and also sad that my pregnancy will be over and I'll never be pregnant again.  I love being pregnant.  I think I have enjoyed the third trimester more than the other two.  I will update when I can.

Hi everyone. It's been a long time, I know.  

My DH and I are still on a break.  It's been good so far.  We are considering starting to TTC again very soon.  The goal is to be back on our feet financially by the end of summer, then right back to TTC.

My weight loss didn't go well.  I lost 20lbs total.  But I still have some time.

I'm so glad to see all the new babies and hear that everyone is doing well.

For those of you having troubles, my thoughts and prayers are with you.

I have a quick question.  I have endometriosis and my doctor has decided that it's impossible for it to grow back in less than a year (after LAP) when I'm only 23.  I'm in terrible pain every day.  Has anyone else dealt with this?  I've done a little reading on Lupron, but it scares me.  I've spoken to a few doctors and all tell me that there is nothing I can really do since I had surgery less than a year ago.  But the pain is horrendous.  

So any ideas would be great.  Thanks everyone!
