Can Cervical Stenosis, free fluid, curved cervix lead to vaginal pain

I had an ectopic pregnancy last year and shortly thereafter a complex cyst on my ovary. I've had non stop vaginal pain (deep) which was always very hard to explain. It felt like a burning pain in the vaginal walls. Always on left side and sometimes it would cause numbness to my left buttock. Sometimes it would burn slightly when I urinate in the mornings (tested negative for uti). There would also be some lower backache at times. I've just kind of learned to accept it as every Dr I've seen was unable to find a cause for the pain. I've recently started seeing a new fertility specialist and we done a iui which failed. Right before my 2nd iui my Dr could not make it so his partner scanned me to check my follicles before the iui. He found free fluid (not sure where exactly), a cyst in the cervical cavity, my cervical canal is bent or curved, my cervical canal is very narrow. Because of it being so narrow the fluid is not draining naturally. I think he mentioned the term stenosis. I know that my cervix opening  is not closed or narrow because I've checked my cervix and iui has never been difficult or painful. My Dr mentioned doing a d&c to dilate the cervix. He also mentioned that becaue of the curve in my cervix my periods aren't flowing correctly and that us why I'm getting brown discharge in the middle of my cycle.  Does this type of condition caye infertility and can it be the reason for my vaginal pain
