Can the IVF work again if the first transfer result is negative?

Hi, I have been 3 years trying to get pregnant , this year I did the IVF treatment. I transferred 3 days embryo, the first week I had too many pains from inside, I felt pregnancy symptoms too. I was so excited. One day before the test day I had bleeding and clots coming out. :( Next day the test was negative. I feel so depressed. Is anyone experiencing the same situation ? Is it going to work the IVF if I try again ? Should I try to transfer more eggs?
I wish the best to everyone who is trying to have kids. The feeling after a negative result is terrible :(

IVF treatment can be very costly, you have to always go with an open mind and try your best to be stress free. I've done IVF before and it was negative, I did frozen embryo transfer and again negative. Financially I could not go for another cycle, but in the future I will try it again. Never give up, just have faith and if it's meant to be you will have a successful cycle. If you decide not to you always walk around asking yourself what if. Depends on your age as well. Success when you go for the 2nd cycle.

Yes, of course. Lots of women undergo 2, 3 and move ivf treatment and get pregnant. Best in vitro clinics get only about 50-55% ivf success rates. So almost half of ivf protocols don't work. I recommend that you relax, stay positive and prepare yourself for next cycle. I am not an expert on eggs numbers, I think you should discuss this with yr doc. Keep fingers crossed and wish you positive results
