Cervical adhesions?

I recently went for an hsg, but was unsuccessful, dye could not even get in at all. More than likely cervical adhesions. I was told i need to have an mri to see endometrial lining. Anyone have any experience with this?

hey, sorry i am extremely late on the response. Yes, they are basically saying its ashermans syndrome. Since my last post, i also went for a pelvic MRI which showed that everythin inside looked normal, my endometrial strip looked normal and the only scarring they saw was at the tip of my cervix which is keeping my flow in. So...i am now scheduled for a hsyteroscopy/d&c in about 2 weeks to remove the scar tissue and I am told to ttc right away. The dr is very hopeful for my situation. I will have to wait and see.

if you type Asherman's Snydrome Community in the search bar, it should direct you there.

Are they saying if it's endometrosis or have you had a dnc or iud that could have caused asherman's syndrome (unteruterine adhesions)?  I guess what I'm asking for is a little more backround information.  I have asherman's and although mine is in the upper part of the uterus *fundus area* where the embryo implants... I do have a little of insight to this if you have any questions.  I also know that Kris71 just had asherman's *uterine adhesions*  removed from her cervix/uterine area.

There is also a group called Asherman's.org that can help, and I started a group on here called ashermans that you could post a question on and see if the girls answer.  I just started it, so there aren't many members yet, but the one's on there should be able to help.

Please let me know....
