Clomid
I used clomid during the 5th-9th days of my cycle. Today is day 14 of my cycle and I have a positive Ovulation Test! (TMI) but my cervix is open and it's soft, of course we had sex. How high are the chances that I will get pregnant with this medicine?
I'm currently 13 weeks pregnant with the help of Clomid (third cycle of it). So I'd say your chances are high.

I should also add, after taking Clomid on cycle days 5-9 it was followed with a follicle scan and HCG trigger on cycle day 14. Not sure if the trigger made a difference with the effect that the Clomid had to help me conceive.
