Clomid + Metformin CD12 and pulling my hair out with frustration

My god, will this frustration ever go away!!!  Been ttc for 18months, first cycle of Clomid 50mg cd2-6 and 500mg of metformin, i feel so helpless, my ups and downs are crazy and stupidly emotional. I almost feel like the whole ttc is incapacitating me. My poor DH is trying to be so supportive, and he is, its just that nothing is on my mind apart from "I hope this is the month". I know im setting myself up for failure and will be heartbroken, just going crazy!!!
HELP, any good news or good stories out there to give me some hope.

Thanks CA25,
A ride we can both share, and before we know it, we will look back on these forums and say "how the hell did i get through that".
You read and hear of all these stories of ppl getting pregnant so quickly, i cant understand how they do it, like there super fertile. Just builds the frustration i think. I have read so many forums on this site, its just great to read the BFP's and follow others on there journey,it makes my day that bit better.
all thay baby dust going to everyone who is frustrated and in the same boat.
