Could i be prego???

Hi Ladies, i was hoping someone could help me out, am a bit confused over the ttc thing.

Today i should be about 2-3 dpo and having all kinds of weird things happen.

yesterday 1 dpo (i think) at mid afternoon i went to bathroom and noticed i had creamy pink/brown cm sorry (tmi)
Also had really sensitive glassy feeling in my nipples and slight burning sensation in bbs and stomach.
Today 2 dpo (i think) i have been having twitching feeling in my legs on/off thru the day and more burning sensation in my stomach.  A bit of cramping as well and had a slight headache past few days.
now cm is very dry which is really different as im always (wet) after ovulation???? Slightly moody  which i think is kinda moody for me lol oh and i have had a stuffy nose as well.

hope someone out there kinda knows whats happening or is having similar symptoms, and best of all, a lady ended up with a BFP!!!

You can guess, hope, wonder, daydream, have a feeling, conjecture, read...whew, everything under the sun.  Symptoms, unfortunately, mean nothing.   Premenstrual symptoms and very, very early pregnancy symptoms can be very similar.  Wishful thinking can also magnify everything to where you are constantly being "on the alert" for anything you think could possibly be a pregnancy symptom.
What happened to anyone else is completely meaningless in regards to what may or may not be happening to you.

The only way you will know for sure is to take a HPT at the appropriate time.  You *can* test before you miss a period, but if the result is negative, you will have to test again when you miss your period, anyway.  And if THAT test is negative but your period is still missing, you'll have to take yet another test in a few more days to a week.

A pregnancy test will not be positive until there is enough HCG in the bloodstream to trigger a positive result, no matter what or how you are feeling.

Best of luck,
