Cramping after 3d frozen ET

Hello all! I had a 3dfet on 8/19 so I am now 6dp3dt. I had 2 embryos transferred. I have been having cramping pains on and off since my transfer. On 4dpt I had really bad back pain and just a tinge of very light pink bleeding. I would say a speck (I know, I am looking at every little change!). Has anyone had similar symptoms and still had a BFP? This is our first IVF cycle and I am trying to be positive. The first thing my RE said to me was to try and relax. Although I have been taking it easy, the cramping does worry me. Any thoughts would be appreciated. Lots of sticky baby dust to all!

Fingers crossed I had a 3day transfer 1-8cell... On 8-24. Cramping and all but I believe it's from the meds during my fresh cycle.....

Congrats on your transfer!

Everyone is different.  I had a 5 day fresh transfer of just 1.  I was convinced it didn't work based on cramps and feeling like AF was coming, but instead I got my BFP and my daughter is just about 12 weeks old now.

Truth is, with all of the medications and hormones we take as IVF patients, it's really impossible to discern possible pregnancy symptoms from the effects of the medications.  I know it's super hard, but the best thing to do is to wait for your blood test.

I found it helpful to think about what happens after transfer, as listed below:
(Source:  http://www.nyufertilitycenter.org/ivf/embryo_transfer )
Days Past
Transfer (DPT) Embryo Development
One The embryo continues to grow and develop, turning from a 6-8 cell embryo into a morula
Two The cells of the morula continue to divide, developing into a blastocyst
Three The blastocyst begins to hatch out of its shell
Four The blastocyst continues to hatch out of its shell and begins to attach itself to the uterus
Five The blastocyst attaches deeper into the uterine lining, beginning implantation
Six Implantation continues
Seven Implantation is complete, cells that will eventually become the placenta and fetus have begun to develop
Eight Human chorionic gonadotropin (hCG) starts to enter the blood stream
Nine Fetal development continues and hCG continues to be secreted
Ten Fetal development continues and hCG continues to be secreted
Eleven Levels of hCG are now high enough to detect a pregnancy
