Cycle buddies Start Sept. 2010

Looking for anyone beginning their IVF cycles  around September 2010 told i needed to reach out and connect with someone who is going through the same thing as the DH and I. Please contact me if possible. Very interested in the success stories also since this will be our first time.

I am on my fifth IVF cycle with one miscarriage, and had two embies transferred yesterday, so am on the anxious 2 week wait. I tried acupuncture last time however the frozen embie still didnt attach. I am on Crinone cream for a fortnight but am thinking that i should take it for longer since i have a left over pack at home. the only time i managed to get pregnant, i was taking this progesterone cream.

What does everyone think?

I had 9 follicles, 5 of which fertilized, and 4 didnt. One of the fertilized ones was abnormal so they chucked it away so we were left with only 4. (two transferred and two frozen). Seems like alot to go through for only 2 spares.

guesito- Thanks...I am realy getting excited and anxious, i just want to get going. It is going to work this time, I just know it! I believe the accupuncture is the key to unlock my mystery!! How are you feeling?

LaPoo- Thanks so much! good luck to you! That is what we did...we froze alot of embies and that is why we are able to keep trying! I really do hope this is your turn too. October 9th is my birthday so i hope you can give good news for my b.day!!!

red3077- My first IVF i tested and it was neg and so was my beta but i have seen so many women on here that even though their hpt's were bfn's, their betas were bfp's. So don't lose hope!!

AFM- 2nd day of suprefact, started a journal to see how everyday goes and i can look back and smile. I am so filled with optimism and hope there is no room for doubt or negativity! I just know this is my time!!!

I'm really happy for you.

I'm offically in the two week waiting period. RE transferred 3 beautiful embies today. On bedrest for the next 3 days. Hormone level testing 9-27 and beta scheduled for 10-7. Still praying for my remaining 5 embies and hoping some make it to freezing to join my other blast. DH and I want subsequent opportunities in the future and this the most cost effective way for us ensure this opportunity. Continue to pray for a successful outcome with us and SSBD to all.

Its possible if you test too early and if your hcg levels arent high enough to be detected in a hpt, Happened to me on my 1st cycle 2 yrs ago. HPT neg,  next day beta 40. Its possible good luck!

Just wondering has anyone of the BFP's had done HPT and came out negative in the early days and when the Beta Test Day arrived came back with positive results??
