Does baby aspirin help with implantation?

My husband and I are going through IUI treatments. The first one did not work. The second month I did not even ovulate due to stress. Hopefully, this next one will work. I am wondering if anyone else has taken baby aspirin to help with implantation. Does this really help? Has anyone had a doctor suggest this?

It was the progesterone that made the heavy bleeding, most likely the blood test was right. I have taken 2-3 days to start my period after going off progesterone. At least you know your lining was good, try again and hopefully that bfp is just around the corner.

im sorry to hear that ur iui didnt work, i also tested negative n i stop the progesterone right away, i got my period the next day but it was normal.
we decided to go for IVF our doctor had told us it was the best thing for us since my hubby has a bad quality sperm n cuz of my age. im very sad cuz he said our chances r only 30% w the IVF. but we still goin tom try n pray for a miracle.

Well, I guess I have the answer. Baby aspirin may have been the trick. I just wish I had stayed on the progesterone.

Tikita, I am sooooo heart sick! We went through the IUI. I used aspirin, the injections, progesterone, etc. I went for a blood test on the 27th, and it was negative, so the nurse said to go off the progesterone. I did. However, I did not start until the 31st. After three days of heavy bleeding, I now realize this was like the miscarriage I had last year. The test must have been wrong. Now I am heartbroken! I am feeling overwhelmed and beside myself! Please pray!

Yes, Tikita, I will pray for you, too! I am cramping much more this month. It is almost painful. I guess this is ovulation pain. Ugh! We have a back to back iui tomorrow.

Thank you, ladies! My hubby and I met with the RE yesterday for the mid cycle sonogram. There are four follicles that range from 17 to 25. Iasked him about the baby aspirin, and he said the same things you guys are saying. He said that it increases the blood flow and helps with implantation.

Tikita, I am on DHEA, clomid, menopur injections, and ovidril. Last month I did not have any eggs form. Since I had four at the beginning of the cycle and none at the mid cycle, the doctor said stress is my contributing factor for fertility issues. Try not to stress. I know this is easier said than done! This month when I could tell I was beginning to stress, I tried deep breathing. I made certain I got plenty of sleep, too.

Tomorrow we do our second iui. Please keep your fingers crossed and pray! We may have to do another iui on Tuesday if my husband's count is below one million. Ugh! This is such a struggle!

A low does of aspirin such as found in baby aspirin may be beneficial to fertility.  It is thought that aspirin can help the uterine lining by helping with the blood flow to the ovaries and uterus.  Low dose aspirin treatment also significantly improves ovarian response.  Aspirin is thought to help with In Vitro Fertilization, particularly in women who have previously had a miscarriage.  Studies show that it may reduce the risk of miscarriage as much as 50% when used with heparin or immunoglobulin.

Hi, I'm on my second treatment for iui, for the first treatment he only gav me clomid n a hcs trigger shot. Now I was on clomid, estradiol, DheA, an baby aspirin 81. I had my clomid check ystrday n only hav I follicle in my right ovary, very sad cuz I'm not sure wat goin to happen next. I c the doctor on Monday to c if I'm ready for my trigger shot. Keepin my hopes up.
