Endometrium

Anyone know of anything that improves uterine lining thickness? Our doc gave us no suggestions.  Was on clomid, which may be impacting it, but wondering if there are certain vitamins, foods to avoid, etc. that I could try.

FYI:  I only take Raspberry Leaf Tea from 1st day of cycle until transfer date (or ovulation for ladies doing natural, IUI cycle's).  I have hear conflicting info on it too, but it really worked well in helping to thicken my lining, and I figured that if I am only taking it until transfer date, it isn't interferring with anything.  I also have asherman's, and they recommend taking it on the asherman's site.  I also checked RE, told them when I was taking it, and they said it should be fine.

I have that problem and my doc had me on progynova (estrogen)  also he has me on vitamin E. Accupuncture is said to be beneficial as well. About the red raspberry my doc actually said i shouldn't take it, the research findings have been conflicting.

Goof luck

I've heard baby aspirin is good for that, too. Would be on it myself, but I 3 ulcers in my stomach. :( Also I've heard Bromelain is good. Will try to remember the others I've heard of. I have the same problem, too. Hope we can beat it! My RE gives me estrogen suppositories. Hope they're working. Need to get an u/s and see. Good luck! SSBD!

Estrace helps if your doctor will prescribe it ... also, you can try drinking Raspberry LEAF tea... it is sold in the organic section of your local grocery, it tones the uterine muscle.. there is also an old wives tale of laying on the floor with your feet up against a wall for 20 minutes a day... thinking being that the blood flow cannot reach the legs and sits in the stomach/uterine area.  A lot of people do acupunture also.

Hope these help?
