Estrogen levels with only one ovary

I am trying to get pregnant and have only one ovary. I lost a baby that was 4 weeks old in March. I am worried that having only one ovary is effecting my estrogen levels, making me not as fertile. Does estrogen have anything to do with carrying the baby? I think so but I am not sure. Any help advice comments would be so appreciated.

Thank you.

Do as much research as possible.  I believe progesterone has almost more to do with TTC and sustaining a pregnancy over estrogen.  I have read using natural progesterone cream/bioidentical cream can help in TTC and sustaining pregnancy.  Google progesterone and pregnancy and see what it says.  My research(one line and in books) says it can help!
Good luck

mmm, not sure but strogen does thicken your uterine wall and makes it ready for implantation. My friend had one ovary and got pregnant with no problem though. Why dont you bring up the question with your OB/GYN?
