I am doing gonal f for the first time with the pen. I dialed it to the right dosage and gave the shot. Am I still suppose to see clear liquid at the bottom of the shot???
Hi everyone:) I just wanted to join in on your discussion. I just started my thired IUI cycle in a row with Gonal F. I take 150units. Is anyone else doing IUI? I have done IVF in the past also. The Gonal is pretty easy, isn't it? I hope we all get bfps this cycle!
ok,as of now how many gonal pen u u have consumed(dosage?-450iu/300iu?)as for me i have finished my 450 iu and accdg to my estradiol tests my follicles are responding bur very slow..thats why my RE gave me another 300iu..on nov4 she will ck if im still responding.
Gonal F was for a fresh cycle. What I was saying that I over stimulated so I didn't do a transfer. Now I am going to do a FET on Nov. 21st.
Why are they putting you on Gonal-F for FET cycle?? They usually put you on lupron and BCP to get the lining ready for FET.
I have not yet gotten pregnant but I responded really well to the gonal-f. I had about 40 follicles all together and they retrieved about 25 and 18 fertilized. I responded so well that I hyperstimulated and had to wait to do the transfer. I am doing a FET on Nov. 21st.

is the clear liquid still there after you gave youself the injection? if you didn't give yourself the whole dose that is in the pen then i think thats normal ( i just started follistim yesterday and shoot, reading this made me realize i didn't check for air bubbles before i injected, ooops! i hope i got everything in there!) Good luck!!! are yall doing IUI?
