High prolactin and PCOS - Can my levels affec fertility in the future?

Hello,

I have been on treatment for PCOS for a year and a half now with Drospirenone and ethinyl estradiol birth control pills. My OB/GYN asked for a blood test in order to see how my hormones are doing. While I am content that my testosterone levels are within normal range (it was very high at the moment of diagnosis and I was suffering from many uncomfortable effects) my prolactin levels are 38.25. I understand that this is high but, is it very high? should I be concerned? Can this be caused by my treatment?

On the other hand, I do not intend to get pregnant right now but would like so in 4-5 years or so. I also have read that high prolactin levels may stop ovulation. Now, I never not ovulated while not on treatment, but ovulated late (35-40 days cycle). What are my chances of getting pregnant in a near future with these levels? I am afraid of not being able to get pregnant.
