How to increase chances of getting pregnant first time having sex?

My fiance and I are getting married next month. It will be both our first time having sex. But we really want to get pregnant from the first time. I have never taken any birthcontrol of any kind. I want to know how to raise the chances of me getting pregnant the first time. Also if there's any certain thing we should do that could help? Thanks, help and any info would be greatly appreciated.

dont put pressure on your self. most couples have to try for months.  average is 1 year.

if u have a normal 28 day cycle then u ovulate on cd 14.  this early in the game just have fun and relax. u can use ovulation kits.  for ur first time dont think about making a baby. just enjoy the closeness and bond that u are forming. u have time later to think about babies.

As a general rule, the best time to try to conceive is about days 10-18 of your cycle (day 1 being the first day of your period). If you have sex every second day during this time then your chances of pregnancy are high.
Please understand that some couples don't always conceive on their first month of trying, it can take up to 12 months sometimes.
Pre natal vitamins are worth taking prior to getting pregnant, they wont help you conceive but they will help prepare your body for when you do and will be beneficial to the baby.
Just try to have fun and see what happens, try not to put too much pressure on yourself to conceive straight away, good luck
