A complete evaluation is necessary for determining the correct cause of your symptoms. I can confirm the exact cause only after complete medical history and clinical examination. Since you have been unable to conceive since last 5 years the other treatment options for you are  intrauterine insemination, in which the man´s previously capacitated sperm are introduced in the woman’s uterus during ovulation. Other options are in vitro fertilization, in vitro fertilization with intracytoplasmic sperm injection insemination and/or IVF and ICSI may need to be considered. Discuss your concerns with your attending doctor and keep me posted.
Take care and regards!
