Hi Everyone,
My BFF and I want to have a baby. He is a wonderful man who has agreed to donate his sperm for me. I am 39 years old without kids. Could you please enlighten me with what has worked and what hasn't. How do you think I can increase my chances of becoming pregnant? Any and all advice is much appreciated.

So sorry to hear about your difficulties. I am a fan of acupuncture and yoga so I will add that to the plan. Fingers crossed for you!
Hi , clomid+ iui worked for my sister ... She is a mother of twins daughter :) but for me it didn't worked... I did HSG that is uterus X-ray everything came normal my husband SA test came normal... Did 5 clomid cycle 5-6 iuis.. Then femera cycle for 4-5 month then all inj stuffs ... Nothing worked.. My doc. Said that my eggs doesn't get matured as it should be to get preg...! Therefore I have started to go to herbal meds, yoga..acupuncture stuff rather than going to expensive doc :( ! Everyone is not same iui might work to you!!! Al d best!!!
