Rest, rest, rest and more rest. My transfer was on a Sunday and my doctor told me that I couldn't go back to work until that following Thursday. It was against my better judgement but I listened and stayed home and rested. Now I am 8 weeks. Oh, and I prayed all throughout the transfer process that day. I even prayed for the other ladies who were in the office that day going through the process. Good luck and I am praying for you!!!

It is important to totally relax the first day. I'm 7 weeks from a one egg transfer. The day after the transfer I went out, but was very careful not to do too much physical activies. Good luck!

Eat lots of protein, drink ample water or fruit juices. Keep yourself hydrated, feet up and relax, whenever possible.
