I know it seems like a lot of meds, but once the nurses coach you on all of that, i'll be way less confusing. Plus-you always have a lot more needles than you actually need.  I felt the same way when I first received my meds for IVF.  Don't worry-they don't even hurt-you'll be surprised.  You can do this-for sure!  Ivf is really exciting! Congrats! When do you start?

Hi, I know how you feel..when I got my 1st box I literally cried at how much was in there and if I could really do all of it..but you really do get extra needles and they dont hurt and once the nurse teaches you about your meds its not that bad..Good luck!

I was very overwhelmed when I received all those needles, etc . . . my husband and I joked we had opened a pharmacy.  But, as Houston says, the nurses should coach you on everything.  I also found it very helpful to organize and keep a journal of the shots - that way I was less likely to make any mistakes.  Once you start - it is pretty easy . . .

I got so much that when I got pregnant I was able to donate some stuff to my RE!!!! So yes, there is a lot.  But it really isn 't hard, the thin needles are simple, you don't even really feel them, once you do it once you are like, hmmm, that was nothing.  Keeping track is important, so just write everything down, always have a pen and paper handy when the nurses call.  Otherwise you think you will remember the dosage changes etc but then you don't.  Good luck to you!!!
