Hello Ladies!

I start this thread to bring all of us into one forum to share our updates, thoughts, experiences and what not! My IVF scheduled for ER on 8/5 and ET around 8/10. Meds on the way to start lupron.

I started on lupron, BCP stops tomorrow, also started prenatals today, B/w and u/s this friday to check where we are. Wish days roll much more faster than they are now. :)

Thanks for the welcome. I understand just how you feel and we haven't even had our consult yet! I think I might go crazy with all the "hurry up and wait". It's good to have people to talk to about it though. So here's to hoping time flies :)

Hi I am on day 7 of stims!  This is my 3rd IVF cycle so I am trying to stay positive. I really hope it works this time. I see my RE on Friday for u/s and blood work.  I hope everything is growing well.  I am on Lupron and Menopur which is different from the last 2 cycles.  I feel extra bloated and lots of cramping on my right and left ovaries.  i hope this is a good sign.  My ER should be sometime next week, which I can't stop thinking about!  Very nerve wracking!!  I look forward to meeting more great people on this thread and hope we can take this stressful journey together!

Sigh our consult is still a week away.. and that's not really even getting started. I'm anxious for the actual process cause we have never done any of this, my hubby isn't the greatest support ( he's squeamish ) and I wish there was someone to talk to about all of this!
On a less whiney note... I can't wait to hear how you are all doing! :)

Day 6 frozen embryo transfer done today class A the endocrinologist said!! Hope all goes well Beta scheduled for Thursday the 26th of July. Thinking happy baby thoughts and visualizing implantation! No babies left in the freezer so this is it.
Did fresh ivf last year with 5 day blast single transfer. It was a bfp in October! Carried till ten weeks and m/c!!! Hope this one sticks for the long haul!!!!

hi - so a lil background I did ivf back in january of 2011 and got a bfp on the first try i was very lucky :) I gave birth to my beautiful daughter in October 2011 and now that she is almost 10 months we want to try to have one more baby to complete out family. I have 10 snowbabies so we are in the process of going through our first fet. my targeted transfer date is 8-31 so it is at the very end of the month but I was hoping i could join this group and have some ladies to talk to even though i did ivf this is something different and while i am happy it is less invasive i feel nervous and anxious all over again about the fet and if it will work as i have heard that fets are not as sucessfull. sorry for the long post wanted to introduce myself and say hi and if any one has any questions about ivf feel free to ask and if anyone has words of encouragement or sucess please tell .

I am like you.  I went through 2 rounds of IVF in 09 and one miscarriage and one ectopic that required surgery. We went for the third in June of '10 and we only had 3 embryos so we put all 3 in and we were blessed with a little girl in March '11.  I am trying to get her a sibling and was implanted with again the 3 good embryos on July 15.  I go for blood work on Thursday this week. I have been crying all morning because I took a HPT this morning and it was negative. I have been praying and am still hoping for a miracle on Thursday. I will be praying for you and everyone on here to have a healthy baby. This is the hardest thing to go through and draining.  I look forward to hearing from you.  I needed an outlet because we have chosen not to tell family it's just too difficult when it does not work out as we want it to.

Im a so sad. Every time I get within reach of a daughter it gets ripped away. We cannot find a financing option within our budget. We have a reasonable payment limit and can't find any way to get the terms right. I have to call another credit company tomorrow but it's not looking promising. If I were younger I could donate eggs a couple times to fund the procedure, but at 33 I'm an old lady in terms of eggs.... And it doesn't matter that I seem to be super fertile.

I know how these finance stuff comes between us and our dreams, wish you find a reasonable better option with your next company, we are bankrupt for our current cycle, and waiting for paychecks, I liked your idea though on egg donation, wish we were so young :) good luck hon.

Thanks. I called our clinic to see what other options we may have. I really hope we all find a way to achieve our hearts desires. I am so thankful for all of you. Without you there would be no one else to talk to about this.

I went in for a blood work and ultrasound today, and lining is thinner they doc wanted, it is only 6.5 mm, and they repeat it again on wednesday, i am scared to even think what if it is still thin on wednesday :(

:( I'm sorry it didn't go as planned. I hope it all rights itself and everything is good to go!

For me I think my journey has come to the end. DH says we should do foster to adopt route. I don't think it's a good idea. What do we do when we have to give her back?! A local  adoption agency is the same price we would pay for the cycle.... And others cost way more. Adoption agencies frown at gender requests, which is the reason we are here in the first place! I just don't know.

Sorry to hear that! I wish you may proceed with the cycle for your baby, but, sometimes, we are left with so little choices :(

hi everyone!  thought I would join this group.  Some history about me- I am 31 yrs old and have been TTC for > 2 yrs.  Problems with annovulation.  Tried clomid,  3 IUI's, and 1 IVF cycle- all BFN.  
  Finally I am feeling brave enough to try IVF #2.  I have an appointment with acupuncturist next week.  See if this helps me produce more eggs and relax   My first IVF cycle was rough.  I got 10 eggs at retrieval but none were mature.  5 fertilized-  we transferred 2 on day 5- neither a blastocyst stage-  and had BFN.  No eggs made it to freeze.  
   We are planning to do IVF with my next cycle in 3 weeks.  I am going to be on a short protocol with no birth control this time and it will go quick.

Good luck to everyone!  Hope we all get our miracles soon.

Hi, I had embro transfered July 16. I am 5 weeks along now. Am waiting for an us scheduled Aug 15th. I had a m/c 6 months ago right before the ultrasound. I am real nervous. I am glad to know we're all in this together.
