Juice fasting after IUI

Hi,
I have planned to not pressurise my uterus after IUI,,to facilitate,,,would it best be best to quit coffe and tea, chicken?
And i think juice fasting makes my bladder full and make some often trips to bathroom,,,or can i go with low food consumption,,take fruits in solid forms and drink less water,,,is my idea bad? I planned this as i thought my weight is causing the problem with conception,,so i planned to keep my uterus pressure low aftert IUI,,,,,,,,,

Dont go low on water and healthy food. Cutting tes/coffee/aerated drinks altogether is a very good idea. Eat lots of fruits and fresh veggies and take leisurely walks. That will keep your mind and body fresh.
I have heard chicken or any meat has a heat-like effect inside the body so if you can, limit eating chicken...

Oh and you should stay hydrated as well, do not lessen your water intake.

Cutting the caffeine is a good idea, most dr's suggest it when ttc.  However I would not do any fasting, just eat small portions of healthy foods-fruits, veggies, proteins etc. You need to nurish any developing embryo. Your uterus cushions anything within it so don't worry about putting pressure on it.

Good Luck!
