Latest You Tested Before A BFP Showed Up…?

I am nearing the end of my 2ww.  Today is cd27 and AF typically shows between cd25-cd29.  I used to be like clockwork every 25 days, but with the past year of IVF cycles, my cycles seem to fluctuate now.  

I did not detect o this month (typically by poas), but I could feel that I was getting ready to, so I’m not sure of my exact o date.  I’m guessing I o’d on cd13, which makes today 15dpo.  I did a hpt last night, but got a BFN.  I read about so many people that get a BFP at 11dpo and sooner…Am I out of the race?

I have been feeling strange this past week, wondering if AF will be showing or possibly a miracle will bless us!  I’m going to do a hpt again tomorrow morning…but I think I will be crushed (again) if it is a BFN (that’s if AF doesn’t show first).  What is the latest you have tested before a BFP showed up?

I had a positive with one pregnancy at 12dpo and my current pregnancy didn't show positive until 18dpo.
