My doctor told me to take this Lydia pinkham to concieve but I read online to be careful to only take up to ovulation which my doctor may have mentioned but I forgot. Here's the thing I have fibroids but I also read they heal them completely no lie I missed my period last month so I'm gonna give them a try cause I'm not pregnant negative test and I wanna heal my fibroid and eventually get pregnant. My question is has anyone gotten pregnant using this product correctly up to ovulation then stopping or however?

I'm sorry if my post doesn't meet your expectations. I did some research on Lydia Pinkham and I'm definately not going to use it. If you are TTC (trying to conceive) and get pregnant, you can have a miscarriage because of the Black Cohosh like Githionel said. Thats horrible! So please do not try this stuff! Instead I would try Fertilaid. Its a fertility supplement. They have one for men and one for women.
Yet one more thing, my herbalist said "No, never take those! They have emmenagogues" (An emmenagogeu is a herbal that can bring on your period and cause a m/c). Stay well.
