Male Infertility?

Hello. I am a 24 year old male. My wife and I conceived and recently lost the baby at 10 weeks. Doctors advised she had a blighted ovum. I am concerned about my fertility as a male. If I had fertility issues, would she have gotten pregnant in the first place? Does a blighted ovum mean that I could have underlying fertility issues? If I could get answers, I would greatly appreciate it. Thank you very much! Also, side not. I took a home sperm count test months ago that determined that I had a normal level sperm count, which I understand only makes up for 1/3 of the fertility. She ended up getting pregnant on our first time trying and now I am afraid that I may have fertility issues. My testicles have been injured multiple times as a child and adult (not severe, but getting hit), I believe I was taking in almost 1,000 mg or more of caffeine, almost on a daily basis, but exercising. I am concerned and just didn't know if anyone that had some knowledge could assist me in finding answers. If so, I would greatly appreciate it. Thank you for reading and thank you in advance for the answers. Have a great day.!

What happened was the embryo attached to the wall of the uterus but did not develope. It happens in the first 3 months of pregnancy. It is just one of those things, does not mean it will happen again. As far as you being infertility didn't apply in this case.  To keep sperm health wear lose underwear and pants to keep then from getting too hot.
