Desperate for a baby

I am 30 years old and suffer from pre mature ovarian failure. In november I had an ovary removed because i had a cyst that twisted it. Currently I am taking estrogen and progesterone, and have had my first period since the surgery.I know my chances of getting pregnant are less than 10%, I also have a high FSH level. If I continue with this hrt and get pregnant, will the 10 days of progesterone force me to misscarry, or is there a chance I could sustain the pregnancy? I have also done treatments with injections, clomid, DHEA, and IUI. Do you have any other at-home suggestions to increase my chances?
