Natural/Healthy ways to unblock a Fallopian tube?

I had a HSG done Wednesday and my right Fallopian tube is blocked. I've never had any STDs, no surgeries or anything of that nature. I don't want to take the risk of having surgery done to find out what's wrong with the right side after reading about the complications of having it done. Is there any natural/healthy ways of having it open? Or should me and my husband just try and get pregnant using the left side?

Both of my tubes were blocked (no STDs ever) and I opted to go ahead with surgery..
My left tube was fully unblocked and my right partially unblocked. This does increase my risk of having an ectopic esp on the right side.
If even one tube is open you can conceive naturally. Also they can stimulate follicles on that particular side increasing your chances.

The actual surgery was really fast although painful even with meds. My surgeon sent me to an interventional radiologist who had performed the tubal procedure before. You may need to go to a bigger hospital to find someone who's done it before, it's not a super common thing many women opt straight to IVF instead of surgery
