Clomid is a drug that you really need to be supervised when you are on.  You can only take it so many times in your life before it has other effects on your body.   You should only take it with medical supervision.

There are not always u/s and other drugs involved when you take the clomid.  it is just more blood tests that you are required to do to ensure that the clomid is working properly for you.

Actually the chances of being overstimulated on Chlomid are rare- have you taken this before?? Injectables are different- NEVER take injectables such as Menopur or Gonal F without being monitored. Do not take more than the recommended dose of Chlomid unsupervised and be wary of severe ovarian pain and other symptoms. be aware that Chlmod can also thin the lining of the uterus, making implantation difficult. I think Femara is a bit safer, just my opinion.

Taking clomid alone can be very dangerous, your doctor will need monitor you, you can get over stimulated & get serious symptoms that include:

Rapid weight gain, more than 10 pounds in 3 to 5 days.
Severe abdominal pain
Severe bloating
Severe nausea (so much that you can’t keep down any food or fluids)
Dizziness
Trouble with urinating
Shortness of breath
Rapid heartbeat

While you take fertility drugs, your doctor should monitor your body’s response to the medications with blood tests and ultrasounds. Rapidly increasing estrogen levels or ultrasounds that show a large number of medium-size follicles, are all possible indicators of ovarian hyperstimulation syndrome risk.

you may need to be hospitalized. Hospitalization may include receiving fluids intravenously (through an IV), and they may remove some of the excess fluids in your belly via a needle. You may also be kept in the hospital for careful monitoring until your symptoms lessen.

So I understand how frustrated you may be but please see a doctor before moving forward on you own.

Take care & I will pray you get your BFP on day, in a safe manner.
