Hello,
Basal body temperature charting is quite useful for confirming ovulation. During ovulation your body temperature increases slightly by about 0.5 degrees Fahrenheit or 0.3 degrees Celsius. This increase in temperature is sustained for several days. It is important to correlate with other fertility signs, like cervical fluid etc.You have been having major temperature differences so it is suggested to contact your gynecologist about it. I hope it helps.
Best luck and regards!
