Pain after salpingectomy

Hi my name is Carmen and I’m new to this forum. I have a few questions/concerns I hope someone can help. I had a miscarriage and two ectopic pregnancies in the same tube in less than a year. My last ectopic pregnancy was 3 weeks ago; the Dr had to remove my left tube via salpingectomy. Okay, now here are my questions. I have numbing on my pelvic area 3 weeks after surgery is this normal? And I also have pain to the touch on my pelvic area; what I mean by this is my skin hurts when my cloth touches my skin, it feels really sore but I have no visible bruising . It also feels like th Dr closed the incision to tight, is this possible?? And last my tummy feels hard right below my belly button it feels like I have knot 4 inches long (if that makes any sense) it feels like I can’t stretch all the way because I feel something stretching in my tummy. Is any of this normal?

Thanks and God Bless,
Carmen
