Pregnant from missed pill

Hi everyone,
I am 19 years old and am now on my 3rd month of Aviane birth control.
I always take my pills religiously, except for in my last package on the 3rd week.
On the 3rd week I took one of my pills at around 11:00 am instead of 9:30 pm the night before.
I took my pill as soon as I woke up, and took my next one at the regular time of 9:30. After taking 4 regular pills since the missed one, I had sex. (that following Saturday)
I always use a condom as well as birth control, but for the first time ever the condom broke. Luckily, I noticed before my boyfriend ejaculated, however, I still worry about pre-***.
I got my period during my sugar pills on Wednesday as usual. The period however was light and only lasted a couple days. That was only my 2nd period since I started taking birth control and the doctor informed me my first 3 cycles may be irregular. I was just wondering what everyone's opinion is on my risk of pregnancy? I know it is low, but some opinions would be helpful! I am now on the 2nd week of my 3rd pack and am feeling extremely nauseas.. I am getting a little freaked out! Let me know your thoughts

It does sound like the chances you could have gotten pregnant are very low, especially since you had a period. You could take a pregnancy test to be sure, just for peace of mind. It should be positive by now if you are pregnant (usually it should be positive by 14 days after conception). A pregnancy test would still be accurate even though you have continued to take the pills. If you are pregnant, you would want to stop taking the pills right away and call your doctor. There are cheap pregnancy tests at the dollar store. Good luck.
