Pregnant with Twins.

So many ladies on here have become pregnat with twins..... the ones I know are

I am curious what your beta #'s were if you don't mind.  I am about to start my next IVF probably in March after m/c & want to just keep this as a note to myself.  I know we shouldn't compare beta's but if you don't mind........

Hi. I'm 29 weeks with wins. My story is similar to mommyof3andhopefully4's. We did IVF & transferred only one embryo. My first beta at 10 days post transfer was 248 & my next at 12 dpt was 420. They didn't do any more betas after that. We saw one sac at 17dpt & saw the second at 25 dpt (6 weeks pregnant). Like mommyof3, my RE didn't think the second baby would make it, but at 7 weeks, we saw two amazing, little heartbeats :)

When I was pregnant with triplets
12 dpo I was 700
14 dpo I was 1330
17 dpo - I was 4200 at which point my Ob stopped doing beta's

If you want twins try eating yams

Hey I too am having twins - I didn't do IVF though - hope that doesn't matter I did IUI.  I am 8 weeks 3 days. My first set of bloodwork was on 12/16 I was 12dpiui and my level was 251then on 12/21 it was 1416 then 12/29 it was 25,000

Hi Kricket!

Mine were:  9dp5dt- 188 and 11dp5dt- 488

But with me, only one sac was seen at first u/s at 5 wks 5 days.  But at 7 week u/s there was a nice size, right on track sac with fetus, heartbeat and all, and bam...there was the second with a fetus about a week behind the other one with a heartbeat.  He says it will stop developing because it is so far behind.  I go this wednesday at 9 weeks and I'm curious to see what we will find.  He was very shocked at my FIRST u/s to see only one sac because of my numbers.  They tripled in two days.  He said himself though that he has seen women with triplets have BETA's as low as 75 for the first couple days....so the BETA's can really throw you off....

I'm 7 weeks 2 days preg with fraternal twins. My betas were done and they were 104, 339, 962, 2327, & 8400. I had them done that much bc I was spotting for a few weeks.
