Recently started taking Clomid....

I just recently took my first dosage of Clomid. I am so excited and anxious all at the same time. I have been wanting to conceive a child for sometime now. I am took it on days 3-7. Has anyone had any sucess taking it on those days. I know its the first month. I'm also still monitoring my basal temperature in the morning and I really haven't seen any changes in my temperature. I am a newbie and just trying to see what other women are going through. Talking to my friends is cool. They're supportive but they don't know what it feels like to walk in MY shoes. I just would like some positive feedback and encouragement. Thanks :0) Keeping the FAITH!!!!

TONIGHT IS THE NIGHT I DOTHE OVIDREL INJECTION....I AM NERVOUS BECAUSE I AM SO AFRAID OF NEEDLES...AND THE THOUGHT OF HAVING TO INJECT MYSELF MAKES ME WANT TO FAINT. THEN ON THE OTHER HAND THE THOUGHT OF NINE MONTHS LATER HAVING A LIL BUNDLE OF JOY IN MY ARMS MAKES IT ALL WORTH IT.....WENT TO THE RE ON TUESDAY AND HE SAW TWO FOLLICLES...I WAS HOPING FOR MORE HOWEVER KEEPING THE FAITH WITH THE TWO!!!!

SO TONIGHT THE INJECTION AND TOMORROW EVENING AND THE WEEKEND WILL BE A SPECIAL ONE....I AM SO KEEPING THE FAITH THAT THIS WILL WORK FOR US!
I HAVE BEEN A BIT EMOTIONAL LATELY...ITS NOT BEEN AN EASY ROAD BUT END THE END IT WILL BE WELL WORTH THE JOURNEY!

Thanks ladies for all of your comments and your well wishes. On Wednesday we went to the Reproduction Specialist. During my examination I found out I have two follicles growing in each ovary!! I got so excited while looking at the monitor. To me it was like the beginning of what's to come.....So, I remain hopeful and keeping the faith!!

I am currently starting round 3 of clomid now upped to 100 mg days 3-7...I am hoping and praying it will work, but only God knows for now.  Next month we move onto more aggressive treatments and I am hoping injectables with IUI.  GOOD LUCK!!!

Hello I took 50mg clomid on days 5-9 for 6 months I had no luck. Everybody's body is different. I'm the same here with my friends they help me a lot but they don't know how it is to go through this. I hope it works for you. Good Luck! Keep me posted!!!

The first time I took clomid it was 50mg cd3-7 and I got pregnant.  Unfortunately it ended in a loss for me, but it wasn't anything to do with the clomid.  Lots of luck to you!

I monitored my temps also and was able to catch my ovulation using my temps and double-checked with an OPK. It is possible to get success during the first month, some women do. I took mine on days 5-9. Baby dust to you!
