A1298T mutation and C 677T mutation

After 4 miscarriages and 1 termination in 5 years, My OB/GYN found out  that I have 2 counts of a1298t mutation and one c677t mutation.
She prescribed 2mg of folic acid 2 tabs twice a day since we are trying to get pregnant, but without any success, it seems like I can't get pregnant any more ( I am 33 years old). and even if I get pregnant I will still be scared to have an other miscarriage or give birth to a very unhealthy baby.
My question is what are my chances of getting pregnant, keeping the baby and having a healthy a baby? or should I just consider some other options such as egg donors?

The c677t mutation ans A 1298c mutation are associated with hyperhomocysteinemia and cardiovascular disease n the patient.I don't know what chromosomes they are found at . but what I know is that the MTHFR plays a role in processing amino acids (folic acid and vit.B.
The C677T associated with The A 1298C CAN CAUSE ARTERIAL DISEASE AND VENOUS THROMBOEMBOLISM.

Can you elaborate a bit on what these mutations are and what effects they have? What chromosome are they found on?
