Retrival for ivf
well, I much happier that I am having a better result on the second half of my cycle. It looks like I will have aleast 7 mature follicles and 7 small ones for my retrieval on Saturday. Is anyone else having their retrival this weekend?

Yeah, I did ask my RE about DHEA and they told me that the research on it is very less to be conclusive that it improves egg quality. And more than that the side effects such as permanent hair loss made me decide not to take dhea. Hope this info helps. Thanks for your wishes:)) Do keep me posted.

I really hope you are right, so far I have not had any that corrected themselves on any of my ivf cycles, maybe this time will be different. I know a while ago you were going to ask your doctor about DHEA, did you find out anyhing? Do you think you are going to take it? I hope your next cycle will be your BFP cycle. Good Luck.

Good to know you had 5 eggs fertilized!! I have heard from my RE that the embryos correct themselves from fragmentation on their own, so hope the same thing happens here too:) I'm waiting for my next period to start my 2nd cycle of IVF. All the best to you dear.

great babies are born from awful embryos and great embryos do not stick...

How are you doing? Any new updates with you? I had 8 mature eggs retrieved on Saturday at which only 5 fertlized. Today they called me saying I had a 4, 4, 3, 2, and 1 celled embryos. All of them have fragmentations. I'm not getting my hopes too high with this cycle.
