Semen Analysis: 10% Morphology, OK?

My husband and I have been trying to conceive for over a year, so he went in for a Semen Analysis. His Motility and Count results were good. For the Morphology test they say more than 14% is normal, but when he took the test 10% were normal.

Since the Morphology results were a little on the low side, is this cause for concern? Could it greatly effect his fertility and our ability to conceive? Thank you!!

Also, does anyone know if low % Morphology increases risk of an early miscarriage? As in, chromosomal issues at fertilization causing a blighted ovum. Thanks!
