Hi! So last month on September 29, 2022 I had Robotic assisted laparoscopic lysis of adhesions/ Robotic assisted laparoscopic right ovarian cystectomy/ Robotic assisted laparoscopic left tuboplasty/ Robotic assisted laparoscopic peritoneal boipsy Chromotubation done. Everything went great. My cyst was removed, my fallopian tube was cleared of all blockages. So now we are finally TTC again. I took a pregnancy test 5 days ago and it was negative but I'm a day late on my period. I'm sure I'm just being impatient but I need to know if it's possible that I just tested to early?

Yes there is such a thing as testing too early.  How many days post are you?  Usually home testing is best done at least 7 days post transfer or ten to twelve days post transfer.  How did it go?  Did you have your appointment and confirmation already?  Did you have bloods tested?
