TUBES TIED POSSIBLE PREGNANCY

I have had my tubaligation for 4 years now. I had it done when my last born was about three months old (maybe a little older not sure). I dont know which procedure was done.
Since April I have been feeling different and was wondering if anyone has heard of this or experienced this.
It is now July and for the past two months I have had irregulr periods. In May my period was a week late. Then it only lasted for one day and was very light. Then towrds the end of the month I bled for one more day and it was also very light.Last month my period came a little late and was light but lasted for about five days. I never have abnormal periods!
My uterus is cramping almost all the time and I feel movement. Also some things make me nautious. I have to use the restroom allot and have been very tired. My breats are also fuller and my stomach is growing actually looking very pregnant.I went to the doctor for a pap and she didnt even do a pregnancy test. In the first month of the problem I took a couple of home tests which came out negative and have not taken more. My doctor said my uterus looked titled and that was it. I also feel pressure along with the cramping. I felt pressure when I was pregnant with my first born just like this. Also I have a heart murmer that the doctors usually dont say anything about unless I'm pregnant. My doctor asked me about this and said I should get it checked which doctors in the past have never suggested it until I was pregnant so I know it's acting up.The doctor who did my exam is not a GYNO and does not have allot of experience at doing this. My question is could I be pregnant even though my tubes are tied? I have never had these symptoms before and also shouldnt my doctor have given me a pregnancy test?
Sorry this is so long it's just I wanted to make sure I left nothing out.
PS the movement cannot be gas it is way to different. I have had two children before and I know the difference. I felt my first child move when I was only thre months along.

I had my tubes tied four and half years ago.  For the past three months my periods have only been lasting about one day.  I have been feeling tired and nasues.  I have been to the doctors and told them this and they did no pregnancy test or blood work the only thing they did was give me pap smear.  They said it was because of  endrometriosis that I was feeling this way.  They want to put me on this medication call lupron and I not to sure if I want to take it.  This medication will put me into menopause. What can I do to find out more answers.
