Trying to conceive

Hi, I'm 33 years old and have a 3 years old boy. When I got pregnant the first time I went to the doctor for few months and then got pregnant. My periods are not regular and that's why I can't get pregnant easily. We've been trying for 10 months now with the help of my doctor but I'm still not. Please tell me what to do. Thank you in advance.

Hi again, I did yesterday an HSG and my tubes are clear, I read that the chances of fertility increase after HSG but how can I tell when I ovulate due to my irregular period

Ovulation predictor kits are very helpful. Also be sure that your doctor has evaluated you for the cause of your irregular cycles. It could be a hormonal imbalance or poly-cystic ovarian syndrome. Both can cause irregular cycles and challenges in conceive. They are both treatable too. It may be worth seeing a reproductive specialist for a second opinion. They have many more treatment options available to them vs. a gyn.
Good Luck
