Ttc...ovulation

I had sex on Monday... later that day I began having cramps on my lower left side... I also took a ovulation test, which was positive... what are the chances I may have fertilized the egg? Or will the sperm from sex that day live long enough to fertilize the egg?

I know how much you want to get pregnant again and I hope it happens very soon for you. You are going to drive yourself nuts though analyzing every little thing. Get a thermometer and track your cycle through body temperature, have sex starting on cycle day 10 and do so every other day for the next 10 days and that's the best way to get pregnant.  Further analysis doesn't really net much.
