WANTING TO KNOW TOO SOON!

Hi!! I had a 10,000 unit trigger shot on 12/23/11, IUI on 12/24/11 (MERRY CHIRSTMAS TO HUBBY AND I (:). I am now 9 days post shot, I took a HPT today and it was a BFN. I was told to wait 14 days (1/7/12). Do I still have a chance for a BFP?!?! Any insight would help!!!

I took a test last night and it was neg. Could it be pos tomorrow morning since I tested at night? I am having symptoms but am getting discouraged cause of the neg tests. Also since we are testing so early am I correct in thinking that the hcg levels could be do low they won't show at night? Thanks ladies!

If you're 9 days past trigger, that means you're only 8 days past IUI, and I don't remember anyone who's gotten a positive that early. So you definitely still have a chance! And like plumber said, at least now you know the trigger shot is out of your system, so if you do get a positive after today, you know it's the real thing. I would probably wait a few more days before trying again, though. Some women women get a positive as early as 10 dpo, a few more get a positive around 12 dpo, while others have to wait until their period is due (around 14 dpo) before they see that second line. Best of luck!

So now you know the trigger is gone so now you can poas like I did everyday until my beta...lol I don't think your out of the game. It can take up to 10dpo for implantation so don't give up yet. Your only 8dpo a bit early. I know how th 2ww can make us feel. Try to stay positive!
