My beta was 40 at 14dpiui. My RE said it doesn't really matter where you start as long as you double\almost double every 2 days. I thought my number looked low compared to others I saw online and when I asked the nurse about this, she said that if the Beta is over 20, they consider it a positive pregnancy test.

I'm so excited for you!  I so hope everything goes perfect!  Well if tomorrow is 14DPO then the number "should" be around 100, give or take 20.  That's what I guess you could say wold be "ideal"
Can't wait to hear!!!!!
