Hello,
For conception, try having intercourse every month around your ovulation days as it is the best time for conceiving. Ovulation is the release of a single, mature egg from a follicle that developed in the ovary. It usually occurs regularly, around day 14 of a 28-day menstrual cycle. The best timing of intercourse in order to conceive is day 10, 12, 14 and 16 (in case of late ovulation) of a 28 day cycle. After intercourse, do not wash immediately and keep on lying for some time. You can also keep a pillow under your buttocks.
The procedure for intrauterine insemination takes about 15 to 20 minutes and is usually done in a doctor's office or clinic. Sperm that have been "washed" and concentrated are placed directly in your uterus on the day after your ovary releases one or more eggs to be fertilized. However it has the risks of infection, multiple pregnancies and IUI failure.

It is very difficult to precisely confirm a diagnosis without examination and investigations and the answer is based on the medical information provided. For exact diagnosis, you are requested to consult your doctor. I sincerely hope that helps. Take care and please do keep me posted on how you are doing.

HI,
How are you? Intrauterine insemination (IUI) is a procedure that involves placing sperm inside a woman’s uterus to facilitate fertilization  and to increase the number of sperm that reach the fallopian tubes as well as increase the chance of fertilization. This is often indicated if there is unexplained infertility, low sperm count or decreased sperm mobility, hostile cervical condition, presence of cervical scar tissue from past procedures, or ejaculation dysfunction. Women under the age of 35 usually have higher rates of success than women over age 35. However, success rate depends on a variety of factors such as the health of both the sperm and the woman. It is best that you discuss this with your doctor for proper evaluation. Seeking another specialist's opinion may also help ease any doubt. Take care and do keep us posted.
