celiac disease and infertility

After suffering from recurrent miscarriages and many different test along with infertility treatments.  My RE will not do IVF because I apparently do not have an issue getting pregnant but keeping pregnant.

I was doing some research since I am now suffering from another miscarriage and a friend of mine suggested looking into celiac disease since I show many symptoms of being gluten intolerant.

I was wondering if anyone else out there was diagnosed with celiac disease, fell pregnant but miscarried.  I'm wondering if the extreme bloating and pain I am in when I do get pregnant is part of the celiac disease (autoimmune disorder) attacking the implanted egg and causing me to miscarry.  The pregnancies start off with high HCG numbers and within a short amount of time they all start to fail.

I'm going to also talk to my RE and ask them to run the test to see if that might be the issue since I still have HCG present.   I'm pretty much out of options if this isn't the case though.

I'm sorry about your losses. I'm just mc our first pregnancy after trying 10yrs. This was ivf #2 for us. You are welcome to read my journal about why my doc thinks it happened to us. I'm not sure about celiac disease but know there are gluten free stores out there now. It could be worth a try. Have you been tested for things like nk cells? It rejects the baby thinking it doesn't belong. Also taking baby asprin if your dr recommends it, I'm going to start on a heparin like injection called loveanox next ivf cycle in case a blood clot compromised the baby. There are just so many variables that should be looked into to help rule things out. Also maybe genetic testing which I'm getting my insurance to cover since the mc and my cousins unhealthy baby with loss genetic disorders and a mc she had at 12 weeks which showed severe down syndrome and a heart defect that would of been fatal. If your interested read my journal on ivf #3.

you could also look into a 3 month cycle (at least) of acupuncture for fertility, western doctors treat the problem once it surfaces while acupuncture will treat what is causing the problem, also take alook at this website, and go to the reoccurant miscarriages page, it may contain some info for you www.natural-fertility-info.  com  (dont put in the spaces) good luck :)
