I also have a very regular cycle every 29 days and i have gotten pregnant of clomid 50mg 3 times and have a little boy 3 and the last 2 were M/C not connected to clomid, took its last month and nothing but we didnt get to do the baby dance the days we should have, clomid can dry you out mucus wise so im gonna try that this month and so well see but yes clomid works how long have you been on it?

Hopefully i can help you. I do have PCOS and Endometriosis, I dont have a period at all unless im taking birth control, I'm 20 and I have been taking them since i was 12, been trying to concieve with my husband for almost a year. I just finish my second round on clomid. The first time I tried clomid i wasnt monitored with U/S and i didnt ovulate. This past month i went in every two days and had an U/S done to make sure my eggs were developing like they should be, they did mature and i had to give myself HcG injections @ 10,000U. In about 3 hours i felt myself ovulating, I have never done that before so your body lets you know, but the husband was at work so had to wait a few hours. Have you tried the injections yet? If not your doctor should mention it to you and thats a promissing way to make yourself ovulate it reall does work.  I will find out on Jan 9th if we have concieved, if not i guess we will do this all over again, Good Luck to you. Dont get upset, or depressed i know its hard but think possitive.
