evening primrose oil.

Will it help me conceive? I was reading that it will increase my cervical mucus so sperm can reach the egg faster. It said to take it from day one of my period til the day I ovulate. Has anyone tried this???

I'm taking prenatal  multivitamins and they iron, zinc, and folic acid as well as other vitamins. But I need to read the side effects of EPO also.

When I tried it, it made my cycle shorten in length, that's one of the side effects, changing your cycle, it didn't help me conceive.
Read all the side effects and instructions before taking EPO to make sure its really worth it.

Try MACA powder. And, raspberry leaf tea. But, make sure to read the instructions for usage. Multivitamins help, too. We got pregnant shortly after supplementing with these things...if you can only afford one, get the powder!

Second hand smoke could possibly have some effect on fertility being around it consistently. Especially if it's indoors or in a closed off environment. Other than that if it isn't too often, it wouldn't be as much of a problem. Second hand smoke often is more or less like smoking yourself, you're still getting the toxins.

I'm not sure if it will help you to conceive. I've done a lot of research on it as I'm using it to help things along (which I'm not sure if it's really helping at all or not lol but it was worth a try after my doctor said it was okay). But I read that because it softens your cervix, and possibly helps to open it a little, that it could aid you a bit in conception. I'd ask your doctor before taking it as especially with certain health conditions, or being on certain medications you could have complications, but if they don't see anything wrong with it, it's worth a try, even if it doesn't really help, anything that might be helpful is worth it. I'm 37 weeks now, and the only things I did when TTC was take Folic Acid, my partner took Zinc tablets, and we both quit smoking cigarettes, tried to eat better, he ate more red meats, wore looser bottoms, we cut caffeine out especially things like energy drinks, and soda (said to cut fertility) but we did our research, lol it worked though.

Good luck to you!
