They both have their advantages and disadvantages. It would depend why the doctor thinks your IVF cycles are not successful. I will be going thru my 5th IVF cycle next month if all goes well. I can tell you that I have been pregnant with both 3 and 5 day transfers. I know it's frustrating!!! We are still trying for our first child. I hope that your RE can come up with the missing pieces to the puzzle for your next attempt. Best of luck to you!!
Welcome to our community. I hope you find tons of support and answers here. I have been on this site for a long time, and I have seen just as many ladies conceive doing a 3 day transfer as a 5 day transfer. I am so sorry that you did not find success this time, but, I can tell you this.... again, I have been on this site for a looonnnnngggg time, and 99% of the ladies who did not give up, have ended up successful.
Sending you tons of hugs!!!!
thanks for your comment. I just need to be patient like you. I also wish you all the best of luck. I'm glad I found this site. It's helpful and comforting.

Belive me, many of us have traveled a long road. I am sure you can find a lot of your answers in what others on here have been through. These ladies are a remarkable sorce of knowledge and friendship.
We sometimes never know why a cycle fails. It is maddening, and frustrating. It really helps to talk to others whom understand.
I would be happy to share whatever I know with you :) please don't hesitate to ask me anything you would like, just message me.
