dear mam /sir, my name is surekha from india.age 26.married 17-dec-2008.but still not conceive.ihad HSG test done this week.i have full pain and scared.the report is right fallopian tube is blocked and left faoolpian is visuvalized with spill.i am not understanding this report meaning.can i get pregnency?my doctor sugges some surgery.iam scaring.ia dont have any surgeries.i want mediciens or injections.pls suggest me what is position?

thanku and what is my question is l,wt is ment by spill?this is also near to be closed?yes my hubby also has checked .his reports are good.ony the problem is my rite fallopian tube is blocked and left one is visuvalized with spill.i don know what iam duing.iam not ready to do any sergery.scared abt it

Those surgeries are very complicated and risky; hence go for second opinion; dont simply agree to your doctor; also; unless and until the doctor is a specialist and with good reputation; dont undergo surgery; are you ovulating fine every month? are your periods regular? hope you are not over weight and you dont have any thyroid problem.

Go to another doctor.

I only have my right tube open.  I got pregnant successfully.

You should contact a fertility doctor who can help ensure you are ovulating.  To get pregnant though you'll need to ovulate on your left side (where the tube is open).  I think surgery would not be necessary at this stage.

Has your husband also been checked?

You can get pregnant becoz your left tube open.But the chances are less becoz you are ovulating with only one ovary.There are so many other factors that causes infertility.

Hi,
Follow your doctor's advice but ask him if perhaps you should go straight to IVF - this way, they'll bypass the whole tubes issue.  Good luck!
