Dear wanting4#1-
There was some research a few years back suggesting that naltrexone was helpful in getting women who do not ovulate regularly to be more responsive to fertility drugs such as clomid, if the reason for the lack of ovulation was polycystic ovary syndrome. However I have not heard much about this lately, and naltrexone is not a mainstream treatment even for those women in whom it was thought it might help - women with polycystic ovary syndrome who do not ovulate and who do not respond to clomid.
