help!!

Hi guys. I need help.  So my period was late last month right it lasted five days.  Like two weeks later I realise I had the same discharge I had when I had the miscarriage but now around a week ago when I wipe ill get blood on my tisse but its more like a pink fingy or light red its almost like spotting and ill c the same fing on my panty liners as well. If not that the brown discharge.  I spoke to a few persons already and they all said to me that they experienced the brown discharge while they were pregnant and a few said they also had the pink fing dat looks like blood da early days of their pregnancy.  So what could possibly be the cause of that?  Can anyone help? Well tell me what they fink
