It sounds like you are doing all the right things. Acupuncture is also said to help improve fertility. I have been going for several months and it is very relaxing.
Will you see your husband at all during the 2 yrs? This might sound totally off the wall but it is possible to have sperm frozen to use in iui later. Friends of mine had this done. That could give you the option to keep trying while your husband is gone.

Hi there,
I think if your tubes are blocked an HSG wont help, unless its a minor blockage. It is a test in which they put dye into the uterus to check for any blockages. It can clear your tubes but not if its a major problem.

good luck xxx

maintain a  good body weight, eat organic as much as you can and try to eliminate toxins from your environment (BPA plastics, etc) as many of these toxins mimic estrogens in our bodies and can negatively affect fertility.

Hi there,
There are many things that people suggest you should do. Personally, I tried to eat as healthily as I could and did regular exercise. I also stopped drinking caffeine and cut down the alcohol. In addition to this I took a multivitamin for mothers to be.
Try not to put yourself under so much pressure ( easier said than done!) as this doesnt help the process!
Have you had an hsg? I was ttc for over a year and have just fell pregnant the month of my hsg!!

good luck
